Cloudscape Comics’ fifth anthology 21 Journeys has been nominated as a finalist for the Gene Day Award. This award honours Canadian comic book creators who self-publish their books Also nominated as finalist for the Gene Day Award is Cloudscape Comics member and contributor to the 21 Journeys project Colleen MacIsaac for her book Fifteen Months.
Cloudscape Comics also announced that their sixth comic anthology called Giants of Main Street, which is 150 pages long and features the work of no less than 25 creators tackling the fantasy in an urban environment theme is in its final fundraising days. The book is just $900 away from getting published so if you haven’t contributed yet, Wicked Comics strongly suggest you do. Loads of perks available for those who do.
This weekend Cloudscape Comics will be doing another 24 Hour Comic Jam live on the internet with the aim of raising the necessary funds to get Giants of Main Street published.
