Run By Dan Christensen

How can you tell a story with the bare minimum of aids? Dan Christensen has done so in the short comics Run. Using a shell of a cat and mouse chase with some rebel running away from the authorities, Dan Christensen has hidden the story of two lovers separated by ideals. The story flows in a brisk pace and not a single word is used. Images tell the whole story. This is a story that can be read by anyone from any country with any language. The images translate everything. In 21 pages Dan Christensen has built a power struggle between authoritative forces and rebels. We as reads do not know who has the moral high ground but focusing on that would be missing the point of this simple tale of love.

Dan Christensen will be visiting the Malta Comic Con so come and meet the creators of Paranormal and other titles such as Run, Archer Coe and the Thousand Natural Shocks, and Riposte on the 2nd and 3rd of December at the Mediterranean Conference Centre
